Don’t take words seriously

Someone said this to me the other day. I couldn’t help but to think of how ridiculously stupid it is.

(well when you said “don’t take words seriously” you probably meant not to take certain words too seriously.)

(but,) Words are our primary use of communication. We use words to tell people how we feel, to express what we think -whats in our minds and hearts. Your choice of words are what brings you to where you are now, and they are what will bring to where you are going to be.

I just hate how you think that you could say soo many hurtful things… and think to yourself that it is alright. You curse, You talk through rage, You bring up anything that comes to mind that you think would bring me down. and then you apologize for it. I’m not saying that I don’t accept your apology… but I want you to know that you cannot take back what you said. Your words stick like glue. You can’t travel back in time, and erase what you said, it’s just not possible… But Yea, Sure, you just said it all out of anger -like you always do. It doesn’t justify anything. You need to pay close attention to the words you say…

We need to understand that Words are important, and they should be taken seriously. They are very powerful, certain words could make a person fall in love, could make a person trust another, could give comfort, could brighten up someones day, but certain words could do the complete opposite…

You can’t take back what you say… So learn to chastise your vocabulary.
